Undergraduate Intern Product\Portfolio Planning Summer 2012

The Group includes the ABC Television Network (including ABC Daytime, ABC Entertainment Group and ABC News divisions); the Disney Channels Worldwide global kids’ TV business, ABC Family and SOAPnet; as well as television distribution divisions Disney ABC Domestic Television and Disney ABC ESPN Television. Responsibilities
The intern will be responsible for: Title Listings: Prepare list for upload into the new Zeus Product Profile software tool List & update 6000+ titles ensuring information accuracy Confirm asset availability within Zeus system Assist in the construction of new assets to be added into Zeus SharePoint Managment: Build, track & maintain tool within “SharePoint” site to track international Broadcast Information Create interactive spread sheets for departmental use Manage & update Development Tracking reports across all genres Zeus Software: Assist with the re-platforming of Zeus tool for product, sales & technical profiles Work with additional teams to ensure consistant changes for sales/technical & product profiles.
Basic Qualifications
All students must be eligible to work in the US All students must be pursuing a bachelors or masters degree and be currently enrolled at an accredited university All students must be available to work full time (40 hours/week) throughout the summer All students must provide their own housing and transportation for the duration of the internship All students must be professional, able to follow instructions and complete tasks given All students must be proficient with Microsoft Office (with emphasis in PowerPoint, Excel & Word)
Preferred Qualifications
Students entering into in their Junior or Senior year Have a cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher Previous internship experience within a related field Ability to work independently with high attention to detail Excellent research skills & ability
