Undergraduate Intern International Marketing Summer 2012

Responsibilities
The International Marketing department provides pre and post sales support for the distribution business, primarily concentrated around ABC Studios product. The marketing intern would work through our international sales markets including MIPCOM and various screenings. During these markets, we help with the initial sale of new shows and renew deals with broadcasters. The support we provide sales includes presentations, video presentations, and some event planning. The intern would help us prep for these annual sales events by assisting in procuring both video and print materials. It would involve learning some SAP and working with some of our vendors. The intern would also interface with our database and see how our clients get their materials. The intern would also help upload images and artwork to our website and enter some metadata into our video database. Other Responsibilities: Data Entry DVD Duplication Tracking of print clips in publications Uploading to the website
Basic Qualifications
All students must be eligible to work in the US All students must be pursuing a bachelors or masters degree and be currently enrolled at an accredited university All students must be available to work full time (40 hours/week) throughout the summer All students must provide their own housing and transportation for the duration of the internship All students must be professional, able to follow instructions and complete tasks given All students must be proficient with Microsoft Office Strong interest in advertising/marketing
Preferred Qualifications
Undergraduate students entering into their Junior or Senior year Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher Previous internship experience within a related field Experience in a fast paced, office working environment Strong writing skills Proficient in Photoshop
